We will appoint a dedicated team of draftsman to draw your plans; they will prioritise your work and be familiar with all of your individual styles.( This applies to companies sending 5 plus plans per day)

Our drawing office will be open Monday to Friday.

Finished plans will be sent back to your office the following day e.g. rough sketches sent to us on Monday will be returned to you on Tuesday.

We will deliver your finished plans by 10:00, but we reserve the right to be ‘time flexible’ and send larger or some of a higher volume of plans back to you after this time but, within the same morning. i.e. commercial premises over 4,000sq.ft. or blocks of apartments over 4 stories high containing 4 or more apartments per floor.

For commercial properties, hotels, guest houses, club houses or outside arenas a quotation may need be sent in advance of any work commencing.

Finished plans from sketches sent to us on a Friday will be sent back to you Monday by 10:00 unless required on Saturday by prior arrangement.

We accept plans submitted by fax, email or loaded onto a dedicated FTP server account in your name.

We can download and upload to a specific location if desired. (Charges may apply and are charged at time only.)

If volume requires we will set up a password controlled FTP account with a small monthly charge to upload and download files from.

Any errors we make from misreading of your sketches will be corrected free of charge.

Finished plans requiring amendments from details which were not on the original rough sketch, or from details which were not clearly laid out, or changes and alterations for building works or proposed extensions will be charged at the full base rate.

Plans will be stored on our network for 2 weeks after drawing and transferred to archives after this date. Retrieval from archives will incur a fee equal to 50% of the plan price.

Our pricing structure will be agreed by email before we start work for you or your company.

Simple gardens will be drawn at no extra cost but we reserve the right to charge a fee for out buildings, summer houses, barns or garage annexes or other details which are not included in the main property. The fee will be based on time and area.

If you require colour plans the base price will increase by 50%.

3D models will be charged at GB 55.00 per plan for the first 1,999 square feet and GB 15.00 for every 500 sq.ft or part thereof after. (to be confirmed)

We will invoice your company bi-monthly or on or after the first of every month by agreement, for the previous months plans. We expect payment to be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

ACCOUNT DEPOSIT. We may require an account set up fee of 50% of your expected first month work or GB 100.00 which ever is greatest. This deposit will deducted from your first months invoice or the balance carried over to the following month.
